We are looking for a talented growth hacker to join our team who will drive awareness, expand our SaaS product and services and increase our customer base. In this role you will closely work with the team to determine key pain points, opportunities and even bottlenecks for our business.


  • Understanding and reaching the company’s long-term goals.
  • Discovering, planning and executing different initiatives to reach the target audience through the most efficient channels.
  • Developing and optimizing growth for revenue growth.
  • Developing and executing online campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels.
  • Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
  • Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Designing and setting up experiments to test whether designed interventions will impact the business.
  • Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand.
  • Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets.
  • Reporting on initiatives and projects to management and founders.
  • Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results.


To be considered for as a fit for this role, we summarized the skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role for at least 1-2 years.
  • Knowledge of marketplace listing optimization metrics,
  • ETSY marketplace business experience is a plus
  • A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions is highly preferred but not a must.
  • Excellent analytical and data leveraging skills.
  • Understanding success metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends is a must.
  • Knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates.
  • Applicable knowledge of Wordpress, Semrush, A/B testing and Analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms is highly preferred.
  • Web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and sales funnel creation skills.
  • Goal orientation, resilience, open-mindedness, curiosity and problem solving skills.
  • Curiosity, innovativeness, and confidence in the abilities to drive change.
  • Degree in a related field.
